    Q 1. Are you a manufacturer/ factory?

    Yes, we are manufacturer background with strong sales team for online service, including Design, Patter set-up, Fabric Sourcing and Manufacturing.

  • 2.How do I order?

    If you like to pick up any existing design then you can just add into your cart and place the order accordingly from online process; If you like to have custom design please contact our sales team, we will reply you within 1-4h.

  • 3.Do you require MOQ for custom design?

    For sublimation order we don’t require MOQ, even 1pc, however price will be different depend on quantity. For dyed color cut & sew order we normally require 50pcs as long as we have the stock colors available.

  • 4.What format of file you can use for sublimated apparel?

    Coreldraw, AI, PS, PDF or High resolution JPG

  • 5.How do we know if order are processing correctly or we know the status?

    With our professional custom teamwear/apparel background and our 24h available sales team, we will let you know the order process details and communicate with you regularly.

  • 6.What price for sample?

    Sample order is 2 prices US$25 and US$50 depend on the style, please speak to sales team. Sample cost will be refundable if the bulk order is over US$2000

  • 7.What payment terms?

    Normally we require 50% deposit once order confirmed and 50% balance cleared by shipping, we will take photos or show you details as prove. T/T is acceptable.
