BKS Sportswear manufactures custom sportswear for clubs, schools, academies, events and apparel brands. We support custom colors, logos, patterns, fabrics, sizing and garment details across a wide range of teamwear and training products.

Our custom range includes match jerseys, shorts, socks, polos, tracksuits, training tops, jackets, school uniforms and warm-up apparel. Depending on the product, designs can be produced using sublimation printing, embroidery, screen printing or heat transfer.

Fabric Options

100% Polyester – Lightweight, breathable and suitable for sublimated teamwear.

Polyester / Spandex – Stretchable and comfortable for fitted performance apparel and training wear.

Cotton / Polyester – Soft and durable, suitable for polos, hoodies and casual teamwear.

Fabric Weight

Fabric weights range from 90–320 GSM, depending on the garment type, performance requirements and selected fabric.

Customization Methods

Full sublimation, embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer are available for different garments and logo requirements.

Our sublimation process uses professional Epson printers and imported inks to produce durable, vibrant colors.

MOQ

Starting from 10 pieces per design. The exact MOQ depends on the product type, fabric and customization method.

Sample & Production Time

Sample production: Usually 7–14 days after the design and specifications are confirmed.

Bulk production: Usually 3–7 weeks after sample and artwork approval, depending on the product type, quantity and production requirements.

Size Range

Men’s, women’s, youth and kids’ sizes are available. Custom size grading can be discussed for selected projects.
