We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from BKS Sportswear. Eligible retail items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
This policy applies to retail purchases made directly through the BKS Sportswear online store. Custom teamwear, school uniforms, OEM/ODM orders, bulk orders, samples and other made-to-order B2B products are subject to separate order terms and are not covered by this retail return policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Be unworn, unwashed and unused
- Be in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair or other signs of wear
- Include proof of purchase or the original order number
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
How to Request a Return
Before sending any item back, please contact us at:

- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions from us first.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. BKS Sportswear cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost before reaching the designated return location.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us before returning it. Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card provider or payment service to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, we currently recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order.
This helps ensure that your preferred size or colour is available.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
Order Cancellations
Retail orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled or dispatched.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation is no longer available and the order will instead be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
- Items specifically marked Final Sale
- Underwear or hygiene-sensitive products, where applicable
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
International Returns
Customers making international returns are responsible for ensuring that parcels are correctly addressed and declared for customs purposes.
Please retain your return tracking information until your return and refund have been completed.
Consumer Rights
This 7-day return policy applies to voluntary retail returns such as change of mind or size preference.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
